Always look with an open, rational mind and think in terms of solutions. The chances of finding a property that meets all your conditions exactly are rather slim. Keep your budget in mind, be flexible and think long term.   <\/span><\/p>\n<h3>1. General<\/h3>\n<h4>1.1. Bouwtechnisch <\/h4>\n<p>Do you have little experience with this yourself? Then ask an acquaintance or professional to support you in this. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Does the roof look solid and straight?<\/li>\n<li>Does the roof contain asbestos-containing material?<\/li>\n<li>Are the facades neatly straight (no cracks)?<\/li>\n<li>Are the window frames, floors and roofs gap-tight?<\/li>\n<li>Is there (triple) double or high-efficiency glass present?<\/li>\n<li>Is the home adequately insulated (walls, roof, floor)?<\/li>\n<li>Are the tiles on the roof neatly, without cracks?<\/li>\n<li>Have there ever been any leaks or repairs? Was this recent? <\/li>\n<li>Can rainwater drain smoothly from the roof to the gutters?<\/li>\n<li>What is the EPC score and what are the expert&#8217;s recommendations?<\/li>\n<li>Is the acoustic insulation (noise from outside or another room) adequate?<\/li>\n<li>What is the condition of the floor and carpeting? Is it nice and level? <\/li>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>1.2. Can others easily look in? <\/li>\n<li>What devices are in the tech room?\n<ul>\n<li>Hot water system (central heating boiler, condensing boiler, heat pump, solar water heater, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Heating system (electric radiators, underfloor heating, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Other (home battery, solar panels, cistern, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>What is the average energy cost per month (broken down into gas and electricity)?<\/li>\n<li>How many people make up the seller&#8217;s household (keep this in mind due to consumption)?<\/li>\n<li>Is there adequate natural or mechanical ventilation?
