Sustainable and responsible travel<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>We are increasingly choosing destinations that make efforts to reduce their carbon footprint. This is also called &#8220;fair travel.&#8221; E.g. Using solar energy, contributing to waste reduction and growing their own vegetables.   <\/li>\n<li>Travelers engage in community travel. Here they choose destinations within local communities and stay with families and\/or participate in local (volunteer) projects. <\/li>\n<li>E.g. Volunteering to help renovate schools or teaching children in Africa through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kilroy.be\/wat-wil-je-doen\/vrijwilligerswerk\/afrika\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Killroy<\/a>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>2. Health Travel<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>After the pandemic, travelers are choosing destinations with good health and safety measures. For example, many accommodations still have antibacterial gel or contactless check-in and check-out. <\/li>\n<li>In addition, wellness retreats and digital or mental detox retreats are more in demand. During these retreats, travelers participate in activities such as yoga, meditation, therapy, creative workshops. Thanks to these activities, they clear their heads and come to inner peace.
