Average rents are higher in these municipalities, so the Flemish government makes an exception for those municipalities. Here is a list of the municipalities, sorted alphabetically.  <\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Flemish municipalities with higher maximum rent<\/h2>\n<p>A condition of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appartement.be\/vlaamse-huurpremie-wetgeving\/\">Flemish rent premium<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appartement.be\/vlaamse-huursubsidie-volgens-wetgeving\">Flemish rent subsidy<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appartement.be\/mijn-verbouwlening-volgens-wetgeving\/\">My Rebuilding Loan<\/a> is that you must earn less than the maximum rent. Below is the list of Flemish municipalities for which a higher maximum price applies.
