What is the Flemish Building Pass?<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Flemish Building Pass is a free digital passport that contains all the information of a non-residential building and its land. The information is info available to the Flemish Government. Also, the owner of the property will be able to add documents himself to the Flemish Building Pass. <\/span><\/p>\n

The building pass facilitates administration when building, remodeling, selling and renting the property. In addition, the building pass also increases transparency in the real estate industry. Finally, we improve housing quality<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Which buildings does the building pass apply to?<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Flemish Building Pass applies to non-residential buildings. These are utilitarian buildings, such as schools, catering establishments, healthcare facilities, sports halls, cultural centers, etc. <\/span><\/p>\n
