Cette personne doit cooccuper le logement. <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Le revenu le plus r\u00e9cent pour lequel un avis d&rsquo;imposition est disponible (maximum 3 ans) compte.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Les revenus assortis de notes d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation datant de plusieurs ann\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre pris en compte, mais vous devez les indexer sur l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e en cours.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Votre revenu \u00e9tait-il trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur votre dernier avis d&rsquo;imposition, mais vous gagnez moins aujourd&rsquo;hui ? Dans ce cas, l&rsquo;administration examinera vos revenus au cours d&rsquo;au moins trois des six derniers mois. <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Votre revenu d\u00e9passe-t-il le plafond de revenu ? Dans ce cas, on examinera votre revenu actuel. <\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Vous \u00eates dans une situation d&rsquo;endettement collectif, de conseil budg\u00e9taire ou de gestion de budget ? Test de ressources<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 partir du 1er janvier 2024, l&rsquo;examen des ressources est une nouvelle condition d&rsquo;enregistrement et d&rsquo;admission des demandeurs. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de logement effectue ce contr\u00f4le des ressources. Elle v\u00e9rifie vos avoirs sur tous vos comptes. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des conditions pour louer un logement social.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Exception :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vlaanderen.be\/sociaal-woonbeleid\/vrijwillige-verkoop-verhuurbare-sociale-huurwoning\/voorwaarden-vrijwillige-verkoop-verhuurbare-sociale-huurwoning#:~:text=De%20zittende%20huurder%20is%3A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">locataires en place<\/a> ne sont pas tenus de satisfaire \u00e0 ce crit\u00e8re. M\u00eame s&rsquo;il d\u00e9m\u00e9nage. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Conseil :<\/strong> v\u00e9rifiez vos fonds propres sur le site officiel et gratuit de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbb.be\/nl\/kredietcentrales\/centraal-aanspreekpunt-van-rekeningen-en-financiele-contracten-cap\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;Agence centrale des comptes et des contrats financiers<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Je hebt dit nodig bij de toewijzing van de sociale huurwoning.   <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conditions de propri\u00e9t\u00e9<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous &#8211; en tant que candidat locataire et en tant que partenaire mari\u00e9 ou cohabitant &#8211; n&rsquo;\u00eates pas propri\u00e9taire de tout ou partie d&rsquo;un bien immobilier ou d&rsquo;un terrain \u00e0 b\u00e2tir :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en pleine propri\u00e9t\u00e9, en usufruit, en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appartement.be\/begrippenlijst-van-appartement-be\/#:~:text=gehandicapt%20erkend%20is.-,Recht%20van%20erfpacht,-Recht%20van%20erfpacht\">fermage<\/a> ou en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appartement.be\/begrippenlijst-van-appartement-be\/#:~:text=Vlaamse%20huursubsidie%20etc.)-,Recht%20van%20opstal,-Recht%20van%20opstal\">propri\u00e9t\u00e9 superficiaire<\/a>, sur le territoire national ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en usufruit, en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appartement.be\/begrippenlijst-van-appartement-be\/#:~:text=gehandicapt%20erkend%20is.-,Recht%20van%20erfpacht,-Recht%20van%20erfpacht\">bail emphyt\u00e9otique<\/a> ou en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appartement.be\/begrippenlijst-van-appartement-be\/#:~:text=Vlaamse%20huursubsidie%20etc.)-,Recht%20van%20opstal,-Recht%20van%20opstal\">propri\u00e9t\u00e9 superficiaire<\/a>, sur le territoire national ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous l&rsquo;avez fait ? Dans ce cas, vous \u00eates tenu d&rsquo;en informer votre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de logement. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de logement vous demandera de vendre, de c\u00e9der ou d&rsquo;\u00e9changer votre propri\u00e9t\u00e9 ou votre terrain \u00e0 b\u00e2tir \u00e0 court terme. C&rsquo;est la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui choisit ce d\u00e9lai.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous ne le faites pas ? Dans ce cas, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de logement r\u00e9siliera votre bail.
