Kot student weekly menu recipes
Day 1: Rice dish with minced meat
Ingredients:
- 100g minced meat
- 100g of rice
- 1/2 red bell bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
Preparation:
- Cook the rice according to the package directions. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and bell bell pepper. Crush the garlic.
- Fry the minced meat in a pan with a little oil. Add the sliced onion, garlic and bell bell pepper to the minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the minced meat is done and the vegetables are soft.
- When the rice is ready, drain it well. Then mix it into the mince mix and cook for 2 more minutes. Taste and season if necessary.
- Serve the rice with minced meat on your plate.

Day 2: Tomato pasta with chicken
Ingredients:
- 100g chicken breast
- 100g of pasta
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion, tomatoes and onion. Crush the garlic.
- Fry the sliced onion and garlic in a pan with a little oil. Add the chicken breast and fry until cooked.
- Add the sliced tomato and simmer until the sauce is the desired thickness. Add herbs as desired (pepper, salt, thyme).
- Mix with the cooked pasta with the sauce.

Day 3: Salad with chicken
Ingredients:
- 100g chicken breast
- 1 handful of mixed lettuce
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 can corn
- 1 tablespoon dressing/sauce of your choice
Preparation:
- Dice and season the chicken (pepper, salt, cayenne, paprika).
- Fry the chicken until tender in a pan with a little oil.
- Meanwhile, slice the avocado and drain the water from the corn.
- Place the chicken and avocado on top of the lettuce on a plate. Spoon the corn on top. Dress your plate with a dressing of your choice (e.g. salad dressing, mayonnaise, yogurt, sriracha).

Day 4: Sweet potato with minced meat
Ingredients:
- 100g minced meat
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 onion
- 1/2 bell bell pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
Preparation:
- Peel and dice the sweet potato. Cook them until they are tender. They are done when you prick them easily with a fork. Meanwhile, chop the onion and bell bell pepper. And crush the garlic.
- Fry the minced meat with the sliced onion, bell bell pepper and garlic in a pan.
- When your sweet potato is cooked, mix it into the mince mixture. Season to taste (pepper, salt).

Day 5: Avocado wraps
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 wraps
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 can corn
- 250 grams of mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon dressing/sauce of your choice
Preparation:
- Chop the avocado and mushrooms.
- Fry the sliced mushrooms in a pan with a little oil. Season them when they are cooked (pepper, salt, paprika).
- Heat the wraps according to the instructions.
- Fill the wraps with the sautéed mushrooms, avocado and corn. Add a spoonful of sauce of your choice (salad dressing, mayonnaise, yogurt).
- Roll up the wraps and serve.

Vegetables:
- 2 onions
- 1 avocado
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 red bell bell pepper
- 1 bunch of spring onion
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 bag of mixed lettuce
- 1 large sweet potato
- 250 grams of mushrooms
Proteins:
- 200 grams of minced meat
- 200 grams of chicken breast
Other:
- 1 can of corn
- 100g of rice
- 100g of pasta
- 1 pack of wraps
- 1 package of sauce or dressing (for the salad and wraps)
Herbs:
- Pepper
- Salt
- Paprika
- Cayenne pepper
- Thyme
